Hi guys
Made an order at about 3:30 this morning (AM). Got to the SecurCode things which I've used many times before and it said "failed, account locked" (or words to that effect) and a number to phone the bank to get a new SecurCode.
Annoying as I use it all the time...grhh. Anyway just checked me E-mail and its at stage 2 or 4 with it saying payment authorised - Can someone confirm that payment has indeed gone through?
If its not, am I ok to phone you directly and get it put through over the phone without this SecurCode if it has failed? Its the normal card I've used on every order from you, so nothing unusual
