I've got an outstanding order that's been delayed by the above item.

I've got the option of removing it from my order so as to get everything else delivered, but of course I can't order OEM Vista by itself so I'd rather wait.

Do you have any idea of the new ETA for this product?

Yes, you can order OEM Vista by itself. Ordered XP OEM etc quite a few times on its own with a few different companies

It must just be some places that have the "purchased with a piece of hardware" rule.
The aforementioned item now seems to be in stock and my has been dispatched so all is well again
