Could someone from Scan, please look into this for me, here is the the RMA number *****.
The motherboard was faulty on arrival when tested, so surely there should be no problem in asking for a refund.

Or no problem giving you what you ordered which is what they're doing isn't it?
Depends on how long you've had it, within 30 days = refund, after the supplier has the right to repair/replace it.
Not the point, kalniel. He's entitled to ask for a refund if it was DOA, and they're obliged to provide one - he doesn't have to accept a replacement. I'm sure Scan will sort him out, though.
I know, it's annoying really, Scan have been very efficient in sorting the RMA, it's just that they seem to have ignored my request for a refund and have invoiced a replacement. I would like to get this sorted before it goes any further.
I have raised a returns query also, over a hour and a half ago, without reply.
Phone them, it would be quicker and you can sort out any issues over the phone.
Jon
I need to read all the post glad it is sorted
