RMA for refund

Hello,

I have just received my RMA number for a faulty hard drive. I ordered it on the 16th July. (16th July too long ago?)

Is it possible to return for a refund or only a replacement? I really need a new HDD and if I could get a refund I would buy a replacement of the same drive today from Scan.
