Hiya chaps and chapesses'
I had a couple of routers from you last year, one for immediate use, and one for spare.
I needed to use the spare, and it ... didn't work.
I used the returns link on your web page, (5th May, late evening) and received the instructions (6th May, 9:31am), boxed it all up, put the RMA number in the box, went the PO and posted it first class (which was only 4p more than standard parcels, so that helped speed it along ) on 6th May at 11:54am
Waited for the weekend to pass, and today (Tuesday 12th) I got the full chain of emails confirming it was tested and was knackered (2:36pm) and then 5:30pm, saying I was getting a new one, and then all 4 stages of a new delivery arrived, finalised by Stage 4 outof 4, packed, and shipped
