Have you linked your account?
Did it say a delivery charge on your invoice, or when before you pay? Becuase if it did, I'm afraid that something was up... Its not a discount that comes off after I'm afraid. Like TAK says, your account might not have been successfully linked to your account here.
As TAKTAK said, have you actually registered for the Scan2HEXUS free delivery?

If you have followed the guide that Funkstar has linked in his sig and it isn't working, pop a PM to one of the Scan guys.
I would also like to add that the Scan2Hexus shipping is a perk that requires continued constructive membership of the Hexus forums - and as such simply having 20 posts isn't sufficient - it is merely the entry requirement. Pull up a chair and enjoy what Hexus has to offer

Did you place an order to the value of £20 ex VAT? The number one causes of hexus shipping issues is multiple accounts. However, if you PM me your invoice number I can look into this in the morning.

It could be similar to what's affecting my login... I did try to link my account this morning but the Scan system can't recognise my Hexus login. I raised a QLQ ticket and Scan replied (very quickly!) to say that they were having a problem with linking and that it had been reported; they expect to fix it soon (though I don't know how soon). I just tried again but it doesn't work still so perhaps next week.

Looks like theres some technical issue - so I'll ask the web team to look at this on tuesday for you.
If you ring the sales team in the meantime - then they'll be able to remove carriage for you.
Apparently this has been sorted now... but if anyone still has issues signing up now, then it should be fixed after midnight.
