Charged for a canceled order...

I had cancelled my order because I forgot you needed to spend more than £20 to get free shipping but I still got charged for the mouse mat.

Could someone check this for me and hopefully sort out a refund, it might not seem like a lot but I would like to purchase something and I'm £4 short.

As this was cancelled, the refund takes approximately 2-3 days to show back in your account.

The OLQ for this has been allocated to the payment department who should action any refunds shortly.
