Ordered the wrong item by mistake

I just placed an order a few minutes ago and then realised I have ordered the wrong item on one of the purchases.

As it hasnt gone to picking stage yet, Im wondering if possible can I still change my order so instead of 2 x LN12185 I get 2 x LN26610 instead?

Both are 80mm Sharkoon case fans, but I chose the wrong model.

Ive emailed on the website too, but posting here to cover all the bases

Order number is removed (Customer Service Query Number removed)

Probably best to phone CS at opening time if you can as once its picked you would have to DSR and reorder.

Thanks rabbid, I was going to try that but the phones dont open until 9 and Im wondering if they start processing the orders before that. My order could be out the door before I get a chance to ring them.

I thought there might have been a way to alter the order online because it hasnt gone to picking yet, but I cant see a way of doing it.

Do you mean remove the invoice and query numbers? Im guessing thats what you meant so will remove them now.
