Scan issued an RMA number and arranged home pick-up for the next day.
Tuesday courier picked-up the unit from my home.
Weds Scan tested the unit.
Thursday replacement unit authorised.
Monday replacement unit dispatched.
Tuesday morning new boxed PSU delivered by courier.
Total RMA process took 7 working days from start to finish.
Pretty Damn Good service if you ask me!
