    Coolermaster Elites Cases

    Hi,

I'm looking to purchase another case for another new build.

My current build uses the Coolermaster Elite RC-330, however I now notice Scan have a 'New Improved Version'. Any ideas what the difference between the old and new is ?

Also, what's the difference compared to the RC-331 ?

    RC-330 - http://www.scan.co.uk/product.aspx?ProductId=19619

    RC-331 - http://www.scan.co.uk/product.aspx?ProductId=22365

Despite the RC-331 indicating it only has USB ports on the front panel, the picture also shows I/O.

    Thanks,

    Pav

Anyone from Scan able to advise please ? Seen them on today only yesterday and again today so would ideally like to place an order at the reduced price.

    Thanks

Apart from a blue LED power button on the 330, there exactly the same, just different styling . My girlfriend as the Elite 330, and for the price its a fantastic case, little bit sharp on the inside but without a doubt the best budget case.

Most things have been covered here the only real difference is the front pannel.

    Re: Coolermaster Elites Cases

    Hi,

Sorry to ask another question, but it looks like the specs on the Scan website might be incorrect for the Elite 331.

Below is a comparison from the coolermaster website, and the Elite 331 has specs different to those listed on Scan's website.

    http://uk.coolermaster.com/products/...te=636&id=1069

Would someone please confirm and whether I should actually order the 330 rather than the 331 since I have a ATX board (MSI GD60) to go into it.

    Thanks,

    Pav

    Re: Coolermaster Elites Cases

I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago when I bought an Elite 331. The specs on the Coolermaster site are actually incorrect. The case takes ATX/m-ATX boards and 120mm fans (instead of the 80mm the Coolermaster site claims). The Scan specs are correct.

  10. Received thanks from:

    Thanks for that.

It also looks like Coolermaster have updated their website now
