Delayed Order

Don't get me wrong, I like Scan as much as the next guy but delaying my order by a week the day before it's due to be delivered at 7:45pm because the case isn't in stock? That's pretty bad in my book.

Why have a stock level indicator on the site if it isn't up to date?

Was really looking forward to my system arriving and now I'm meant to wait another 7 days - nothing you can do to help me out? Offer an alternative at a discounted price? Recommend something similar?

Just seems a bit off to just casually drop me a note the day before and at a time that's too late for me to suggest an alternative.

So apparently there is no actual lead date on Antec Three Hundred cases, so on that basis, the day before my delayed order was due to be delivered I would get another email saying it's still delayed.

Classy.
