I recently purchased some products from Scan for a new build (two orders, one arrived on the 13 October, one on the 15th), and paid for Scansure on them (28 days). This is due to expire today.
However, due to a delay with Scan, I have not yet managed to finish setting everything up. The delay was because of a faulty motherboard, which was sent to me (it was used too) by Scan. It took a week to raise an RMA, get it collected, and a new motherboard issued. Would it be possible therefore to get an extension of 1 week on the Scansure duration for these orders?
I'll post invoice details once someone has replied.
