Ordered this and this late (and I mean REALLY late) on 26/01/10. Got an email next morning (27/01/10) at 09:08am to say it was at Stage 1/4 and by 12:43pm (same day!) I was at Stage 4/4 and my order was depatched.
Package arrived this morning (28/01/10) at 09:08.
Can't say much fairer than that. Have some cookies!
PS, it took me 10 mins to actually open the package. Good packaging skills too!

Yep, I was surprised at the quick turn around on my order I ordered on Saturday, did not expect a text the same day saying it had despatched.
