Thought I'd just take some time out to praise Scan as I know this forum is, understandably, used more for when things go wrong.
I had placed 3 orders recently and all were speedily delivered either the following day or the Monday straight after a Friday order.
Anyway, I got sent a defunkt monitor (it happens) so I had to go through the RMA process with Scan for the first time and I must say I was mightily impressed. Not only was the pick up from my house extremely quick, the turnaround from the pickup, testing and delivery of a replacement occurred in just a matter of a few days.
Mightily impressed. That's all I have to say.![]()
