    RMA query. 223739

    Hi there, approximately 2 and a bit weeks ago my RMA for a Saitek Cyborg keyboard was completed. However after the past 2 weeks waiting I've noticed that it's currently not being stocked anymore.

    So, instead of me waiting for weeks and weeks and Scan having trouble getting more stock... would it be more feasible for Scan if I received a refund for the item and then when I find an alternative keyboard that catches my interest I'll purchase that instead?

    Thanks. If not, then any ETA on when I can recieve my keyboard?

    You might get a better answer calling the contact number. Then again, I bet the Scan guys here probably do have access to the information.

    Yeah, I'll give it a few days. Dont want to seem like I'm complaining or being arrogent. Just want to get an update of the next step of action.

    Hi,

    You should find that i've sent an e-mail offering you an alternative replacement (the original is end of life)

    Due to the original purchase date being July 09 we would be able to offer a replacement only rather than the refund as suggested.

    Also I'll admit to my knowlege of gaming keyboards not being the best if there is a more suitable alternative around the same price as the one i've suggested please reply back to the e-mail with your preffered replacement.

    Logitech G15 had a good rep but it costs, don't know the price range on Scan because the other one isn't listed now!

    Hehe, thanks for the reply. It's all sorted now - I got a G15 and paid a little extra. Plan to post a nice big thanks on the forum soon!
