    Raven RV02 Faulty Fan

    Yo

    This raven was purchased a few months ago from scan, but the top fan has stopped working....

    Will i have to rma the whole case to get a replacement on the top fan?

    You should just be able to send in the fan, as it would be silly if you had to send in the whole case just to RMA a fan have you emailed scan?

    yeah, i havnt emailed scan yet, was hoping to get a reply off one of the scan reps on here

    I had the exact same problem with the Raven case, also bought from Scan.

    To be honest a replacement fan is so cheap i just bought a replacement and fitted it.
