Hello (first post)
I accidently made an order but chose "collection" instead of delivery option and this was yesterday. I then posteda query regarding this and a member of staff told me i would get an email confirming my cancellation in the morning today, but i didn't. I've emailed support again and my order has not been cancelled yet and i'm hoping i could get the refund so i can re-order and get my stuff tomorow.. Would it be possible for somebody here to cancel, or change the delivery method ?
