Invalid promo code

This morning i received my ENGTX460 TOP, thanks scan for a quick delivery and very good service as always.

When i try to download the Hawx 2 game via the ubi shop, i get an error message when entering the promotion code with "Invalid promo code".

Any suggestions plz?

I've tried it again just now and I'm still getting invalid.

Scan's 3 x S will soon be 2 x S's

I may well have to do that since none of the scan dude's bothered to check this thread, there goes the satisfaction in after service care

It shouldn't be scan's fault that the code isn't working, but its best to ring up then wait for a forum reply. However if you look on the Hawx2 PC forums you'll see that many people nare having problems, I believe its Ubisoft's fault with how they are dealing with these promo coeds
