Returns Policy

I bought a gfx card last Friday 26th over the counter, I have not opened it or anything yet it is still sat in the Scan bag but since then I wished I spent a little more on a faster card. What is the returns policy on an item like this?

If it's unopened and exactly as you bought it then they'll take it back. If Scan can just put it back in their stockroom exactly as it was then there'll be no problems.

I'm sure they'd be happy to help you pick another card too .

Just out of interest what did you get and what do you want now?

I had gone with the intention of getting an Asus HD6850 due to bang per buck and the desire to crossfire at some point and they were in stock that morning but had sold out when I got there. They did have some Asus GTX460 768's on today only for £112 which again is great vfm and would be a cheap route into SLi so I made a quick decision to grab one of these but driving home I just had a sneaky feeling the 768mb would be a limitation especially as SLi doesn't use all the memory of both cards.
Went back and Scan were great, got the original card I wanted and all is well

yeah the 768mb are only 192 bit as opposed to 256bit memory for the 1gb cards, but at the price you got it then its little more than a 450 in price, anyway all ended well
