i took out finance on saturday and i sent the letter back to v12 first class sunday morning so it would go on monday but they still havent recieved the letter. i was wondering how long they take to process the letters. i also have a question about returns and delivery.

if i wanted to return an item within 7 days under dsr would i recieve a refund directly or would it come off the finance.

also i opted for the ship everything together option when i chose to pay. would i be able to change it to split basket as soon as it comes up under my account?

also do you think i would recieve my order before christmas considering i sent the letter on sunday?

Processing is usually same day upon receipt of the documents. We normally get authorisation to process the orders soon after you receive a notification from them.

Any part refunds would normally be a cheque refund.

The order is normally shipped complete - not split.

do you know how long it usually takes for the confirmation?

and i was asking about the split order as the ram is on pre-order so i was wondering if the other parts could be shipped and i could get the build ready and only need to wait for the ram.

just got confirmation from v12 after 4 days but how long will it take for scan to receive the order do you know if the the order could be made into a split basket?
