Do you do the 3year finance on parts? Or is it just the 3xs Systems?

Do you do compleatly custom 3xs Systems - Say I wanted a Shuttle SN25P, or the Intel version of that, would you build it, give it warranty etc?

Hopefully this should be my last lot of questions
