Order Confirmations

I placed an order at 2pm today, recieved the email etc and payment has been taken but that's all that i've heard.. If i got to the account section on Scan, it says there is no previous orders/active orders etc.

This is my first order from Scan, is this normal practice? Is it because it's supposedly classed as 'holiday'?

It won't be picked/sent out today as there is no one in the actual building until tomorrow because as you say, its the holidays.

If it let you pick the 30th as the delivery date then i expect so.

Your item will be picked up by DPD tomorrow as Scan is open then it will be in their network for Thursday delivery, subject to the country not being brought to a stand still by a bit of snow.
