RMA Time

i was wondering if anyone knows what the average RMA time as as i recenty sent in my MB, Ram and cpu and as i thought the cpu turned out as faulty. it says awaiting replacement / credit. im not sure what that means but im guessing it means scan is waiting to replace the part? i have relatives coming round on the weekend so i was hoping i could get my pc up and running again.

My RMA number is 241344 if it is required

This RMA has been at awaiting since yesterday, current turnaround is fairly quick, so I would expect this to be completed Thrusday / Friday.

it now says completed but does that mean its been sent/ shipped?

from when you ship it is it next day delivery. as its now thursday and its still not been shipped even though the process of shipping started yesterday.

Yes, once the item is shipped delivery is next day, excluding weekends.
