Hello there Scan folk! I purchased an Asus Xonar D2X on 19/08/2009 and up until this point its performance has been stellar - until last week when a whiff of electrical smoke hit my nose. I opened my case and hunted around to find that one of the prongs on the connector for the power supply on the rear end of the card had literally... Well... Blown up? The card has been happily churning out sound since it was delivered so this was a bit of a shock! I have had no other issues with my power supply or any other component.

So... What I was wondering is this: do I send it your way? Do I get in contact with Asus? Can I even do so? I'm not sure on the timescales for rmas/repairs or whatnot. Please let me know! Cheers
