Someone help me on the calculations!

Okay, thinking about building another budget gaming PC after exams and I've been constructing a spreadsheet calculating all component prices including VAT but excluding P&P.

I know that one of the components has risen by about £1 but that should not mean that the overall total for my selected components should rise by that much!

here's the spreadsheet findings, the stuff I will buy from Scan are in Green:



and here is what scan had



I totaled the components including VAT to around £280 in Excel, but Scan's total (include the £60.23 VAT in the screenshot of the basket to the net price of £293.11) was about £350.

Someone please tell me what is going on. And I don't think I calculated my totals wrong either...

There are products you have in your list but have not been added to the SCAN basket?

Also Scan sure is added to the Scan Basket but not in your list.

Yeah, I had to exclude the carriage and Scan Sure for now, but after posting this I realised that Excel was to blame. Damn =SUM() equation. really ruined it for me

You did get your sums wrong. Add up your green items again You forgot to include something
