In your description it states 1yr warranty, can you confirm or deny this please. I thought they had 3yr warranty, if it is 1yr I shall look for something else (probably the Seagate Baracuda)

All SATA drives have a 3 year warranty apart from the seagate range that now have a 5 year warranty.
