    3500+ Winchester

Is there a problem with these chips at the moment, no where appears to have them in stock, apart from Scan's OEM. Any ideas anyone?

Yeah that's what I was wondering, but are the mobo's going to support it, and wouldn't the Venice chips be more expensive than the Winchester?

Should be about the same price like the newcastle to winchester upgrade. Most mother boards will work, but some will need a new bios to get everthing to work and some will need a new bios to work at all, so you may need a floppy drive.
