    Stuck status on return?

    Hi Scan,

I had to return a 3500+ OEM Winnie to you on the 25/04/05 as I was having no end of problems getting it too run smoothly at anything other than 1.6GHz (swapped a 3200+ Winnie Retail in from Novatech and worked first time and oced to 2400MHz at the mo).

It was picked up on the 26th iirc and has been with you since. The item has been tested to nff (I was struggling to get it working at all!) and was tested on the 27th April and has been sitting at Credit Authorisation ever since.

I was wondering if you can find out when I am to be credited as I haven't had any emails to say I am being charged for testing or that its been refunded etc.

I'll PM the invoice and returns number rather than give it out.

    Thanks

    Nathan

A return for credit takes between 7-10 working days to complete. Your return was received by us on the 27th April 2005, which due to the bank holiday was 4 working days ago, i can tell you currently the credit list is upto goods received on the 22nd, which due to the bank holiday is exactly 7 working days from receipt, so hang in there it will be your turn soon.

You will not incurr any charges.
