Problems with my order?

I ordered last week, on wednesday evening in the hope that products would arrive by the following tuesday (which is when I needed them...), but due to stock issues, nothing was sent thursday or friday.

Items were marked as in stock on the monday bank holiday, and it has now been 2 working days (tuesday and wednesday) that all items have been in stock, but nothing has been picked or dispatched.

I didn't recieve notification that some items were out of stock, and would probably have understood if I had known. I have been charged already.

I cannot work out why my order has not been dispatched yet so I'm hoping someone can shed some light on it.

I'll PM the order number to whoever can help.
