Hello,

Basically, my router is broken, they tried to collect it today but I was in the shower for the 5 minutes he decided to turn up on.

Now no-one will be in tomorrow, and so the card says to ring them to arrange another date...except the phone is engaged *constantly*.

How very annoying. Can you help scan? If no-ones in tomorrow then I'm not travelling 30 miles to my nearest depot to give them the parcel.

P.S. can i arrange a different collection address now i've missed this one? would make everything easier.

I dont think a different collection adress would have been a problem had you mentioned it in the first place, and you can hardly blame the scan guys for not replying since you posted 3 minutes before close of business.

I never blaimed scan.

I never said I had a problem with them.

Didnt mean to cause offence, its just the wonderful scan thing sounded a bit sarcastic, maybe its because im far too sarcastic for my own good i just see it in everyone else
