Having made an order on Monday evening planning that it would be sorted Tuesday and I'd get it Wednesday, I was really annoyed to receive an email last night telling it had been delayed due to more orders than usual during the day. Surely, me making the order the night before would mean it would be processed before any orders made during Tuesday
So, a day off from work wasted, one p****d off customer and now unless they change the delivery address as requested in an email to customer services I'll have to spend more time and effort getting to the CityLink branch which won't be until next week - great next day service
Like mentioned in another thread, seems like orders aren't dealt with in the order they're received but in some kind of weird lottery type system as I bet many orders that came in yesterday will have gone out.
Isn't it amazing how one bad experience out of 100 good ones really leaves a bitter taste
