    Delayed Order Notification

    Placed an order online around 9pm 13th December expecting a dispatch today, Just received an e-mail saying it's been delayed. (invoice number removed)

    Is this because Bolton are playing tonight and everyone is busy watching the game (Still 0-0 at time of writing this message)?

    And all orders placed after 9pm last night will not get their deliverys as expected tomorrow or was i just the unlucky one?

    Your invoice number has been removed, and we will look into this in the morning for you.

    I had this a couple of orders back, ordered in the evening expecting that it would definitely get shipped the following day but it didn't Typical it was the only order I'd made where I was counting on it to be delivered.

    2nd day and still no dispatch WHY!!!!!

    The reason that this has been delayed is because the item you have ordered is currently out of stock.

    If you would like us to amend or cancel the order then I would suggest that you contact our customer services.

    It would have been nice to have been notified that it was out of stock rather than getting a

    "delay in your order due to an unexpected volume of orders placed throughout the day. Please rest assured your custom is greatly valued and we will process your order with the utmost urgency. Your order has still been booked for a next working day delivery from the point of despatch "

    That does not say your out of stock.

    Also it was in stock when i ordered, does your site not have realtime stock status?
