Do Scan hand pick unique order?

Hi,
I want to know if scan or any of the competitors can hand pick specific order?
The item im looking for is X2 3800 ToledoCore.

I'm not looking to overclock or anything, I need CPU with Dual Core for my Shuttle SN95G v.1 .
SN95G v1/v2/v3 only accepts CPU with E6 stepping.
The dual core cpu with E6 steppings are;

Opteron 165 and higher
X2 3800 ( 2 versions Manchester and Toledo)
X2 4400 / 4800

Will Scan be able to check?

Or you guys know any company that can check for you?

Due to the vast number of orders we are currently getting we would be unable to check which core would be dispatched as the picking department are very busy.
