Missing bit from case

Just had this arrive

What can only be described as a "face plate" on the front is missing. The part where it says "hiper" on that picture is missing, just showing the mounting holes where it is supposed to be clipped - Seems it was a Friday at the factory and it was missed off *sigh*

Does the entire unit have to be RMA'ed ?, or is there any chance you could take it out of another box, and just RMA that one ? There is only one day of the week im available to send / collect parcels due to university.

Im not worried about it being picked up, i know Scan will cover this anyway. Its just actually catching the delivery bloke with uni + traveling / work, ect...

A missing part isn't exactly a tech issue... and the support link is the advised method to report discrepencies of this sort.

Sorry for the delays, very very busy. I have just had a look at stock and these fronts are NOT attached to the cases, they are loose inside the box.

Can you just re-check your box see if its slid under one of the cardboard flaps or something, if not i'll get another one sent to you.

Wesley - ive emptied the box, double and triple checked. Even got the misses to have a look in case i was being a Muppet. Its defiantly not there buddy
