Raptor Gaming M2 2400dpi Gaming Mouse

Hi about a month ago I bought a Raptor Gaming M2 2400dpi Gaming Mouse (LN11031) and the wheel is not working properley I have reinstalled the mouse and tried it on other machine but had no success. Would it still be possible to return for a replacement? Or is this a know fault with is mouse and would it be better getting a different one.
