This will probably be a fair estimate:-

CD = 120mm diameter

Case = 3 CDs lengthways x 1 CD in height x approx 2 CDs deep

Therefore:-

36cm (L) x 12cm (H) x 24cm (D) give or take a couple of inches for the lid.
