In exactly the same boat, says the money has been taking but not the nroaml confirmation of despatch e-mail, I hope it ahs bene dispatched because I've managed to get the day off tomorrow so I can be there to collect it.

Just got a email, its been delayed.

The annoying thing is its taken 24 hours for them to relaise that its beend elayed and its ben delayed by an item thats still shown as in-stock!!! Whaaa!?!?!?!?

I mean, they had a hole day :O ! I orderd yesterday!
But why did they delay me for something that they have!?!?!? This is what the e-mail says:

And here it clearly shows it as in-stock!

(It may be worth upgrading to the next size of cable, in case there is some sort of stock issue on this)
Done... and requested the bigger cable if the one I wanted isn't available. I'm just really annoyed becasue i'd got everything sorted so I could be there to collect and install it all, if I'd been contacted earlier I wouldn't have minded so much.

Right finally rang you up this morning to find out what was going on, spoke to a very nice lady who chased it up and found the cable had only come in late last night, I explaioned that I'd got the day off to make sure the shipment arrived (got stuff coming from another retailer as well) and she checked with her manager and gave me a great discount on Saturday delivery, many thanks!
