First ever order with Scan

Hi, I placed an order yesterday morning around 8am hoping to get the items for today. I am currently on stage 2 of the order process, so payment as been taken.

I've not received any other emails telling me that the order has been picked (all parts were in stock at the time of the order) or that it's been dispatched. I have not had an email telling me it's been delayed either.

This is my first time ordering from you guys so I'm not sure how quick you send the emails out about delays and so on.

I've not put my order number on here as I'm not sure if it's safe to and all I was wondering really was how quick you do the emails and whether or not I can expect the stuff today.
