[Complaint] Why is my order delayed? (7900 Quad Sli)

I have order a "Panther Quad Sli Certified Barebone" the first time i see David's Post "Fancy Quad SLI but don't want the cost of a complete system?"

before i clicke the final payment confirm button, scan's sell line is telling me every thing is in store throught the phone. They told me will get this stuff tomorrow and the latest day will not later than the end of this week.


about 5 hours later, i just finsh my diner and come back open my computer, one email appeared on my screen:


Invoice Number: ******** removed invoice number for security reasons
Account Name: Mr********

Thank you for your order from Scan.

Please regard this email as an active notification of a delay in your order, due to a temporary shortage in stock of the following item/s:

1. 900W Tagan x4SLI PSU 12vEPS
Estimated Lead Date = 02/05/2006




If you guy not sure don't promise us, OK??

The most stupid thing is the Delayed Power Supply is in not out of store in fact!!

I have edited your subject, and consider this a first warning, such language or play on words will not be tolerated at HEXUS.

I would ask you to also correct your spelling in your post as it is quite hard to read easily.

I am sure Scan will help you in the morning regards your issue.

I too am upset. I ordered a motherboard I WAITED to come instock and placed an order - 3 hours later its out of stock.

They took my money and THEN told me a stock shortage! Im without a pc as my mobo fried so I'm going to have to cancel my order as I have the same lead time as you and im on holiday then.

Firstly thanks for the "BOLD" size 20 reply , however i'm glad to say that the PSU came in stock last night however what you have to understand is that we assemble the items before they ship to make sure there are no compatability issues so you wouldnt have got it next day anyway.
