How are you ment to return a product? I don't have a box to put it in

Also is the delivery return cost refunded?

I have the RMA number but i dont know what to do about having no box... and the shipping cost.

Can't you get a nice strong box from your local supermarket? Dependant on size?

Please PM me with the RMA number. Ideally if you could return the item in it's original packing if this is not possible any other suitable form of packing so long as the item gets back to us safely and in one piece.

I've got a couple of light items (a headset for instance that's faulty), but it only cost me about £2.50 on Today only, and it'd cost me more to post the thing
