Ok had pretty good service lately - had a problem week odd ago but proved to be my error ..

But this latest one is driving me mad and don't think its me .. Placed order 8 oclockish on the 6th - Got conf email OK - busy friday so didn't check until late - order not despatched

First thing monday check emails (none), checked order online Paymnt taken 7th.. Rang CS and told all in stock (was probably busy friday etc but would be sent today - but website still says same not picked.. so earliest recieved would now be 12th almost a week after ordered..

Have done an online query as well - any help appreciated..

OK found your invoice, that should be going today, for tomorrows delivery ..

Sorry for the delay, this has been down to a few things, mostly technical issues ..
