Help With Missing Order

hi,

i placed an an order for:

19" Viewsonic VA1912W-2
Scan code LN12839

and a PCI gfx card (sorry im at work i dont have the details)

on saturday over the phone but ive had no confirmation at all, and nothing shows up on the website. I was told it was due to be dispatched on monday and so with me today - anyone know whats happening with my order??
