Waiting on Scan order for 3 days now

Hi, I put my order though 3 days ago & 2 items were out of stock, So rung up today & changed them & they said its deffantly getting shipped out tonight between 3-5pm. But Ive had no confirmation about the 4th stage of the order, Ive had the 1,2 & 3rd stage but not the despatched one?

I was told the order will deffo be shipping out this evening... you think it did? Could I ring up tomorrow & get Scan to send it tomorrow & send it saturday delivery (pay extra of course?)

Was tols deffo here on saturday. Still not here :?( not a happy person! I oreered this on the 27th but 2 items were out of stock untill last tusday. Rung up on wednesday to be told another item was out of stock, changed it & they said it would be thursday....then friday...then after many time phoneing on friday, I was told many times dont worry, it will be there saturday for sure! Rung up friday at 5.25pm just to make sure it was getting delivered & Scan says its getting picked up any time now.


Guess what? It didnt come! Rung up saturday & they said "sorry its not been picked up" :@!!!!


Well gutted! I must say Ive never had this problem before..even off E*ay!

Just by chance - did you pay for saturday delivery? If not it'll arrive on monday

No they said they would pay for it. But I offered to pay for it first. So I would of paid for it but they insisted. Also it cant arrive monday as I rung up saturday & they said it was still there

Things have also been a bit delayed due to a move of warehouse or something, which really wasn't publicised unless you ordered something.

I'm sure they'll sort something out for you
