I just tried to order some stuff from you, but couldnt remember my verified by visa password. I reset the password, and the scan page said order complete, but I haven't received an email from you, and my account status shows no orders. Will my order have gone through?

You should get the email in the morning - they're processed during opening hours.

If you do have any issues with the payments side, give the payments team a call tomorrow. (Tell 'em I sent you )
