I sent you an RMA request on the 1st of September which you lost and so I requested another on the 12th which was accepted and I sent you it for last Monday. You tested it then and found a fault. You however haven't sent out a replacement even though I have checked and you have it in stock.
The question I ask is why are you loosing requests and taking so long to process RMA's. This is poor on scans part, deliberately holding back the RMA (or so it seems)
I hope that this can be resolved soon as i'm now getting impatient as I ordered this product for the start of term and I've been back at school 2 weeks and still not got a working product.
Any help will be appreciated.
