    Where is my RMA

    I sent you an RMA request on the 1st of September which you lost and so I requested another on the 12th which was accepted and I sent you it for last Monday. You tested it then and found a fault. You however haven't sent out a replacement even though I have checked and you have it in stock.

    The question I ask is why are you loosing requests and taking so long to process RMA's. This is poor on scans part, deliberately holding back the RMA (or so it seems)

    I hope that this can be resolved soon as i'm now getting impatient as I ordered this product for the start of term and I've been back at school 2 weeks and still not got a working product.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Best bet is call them mate, you cant beat the scan phone techies for customer support, get through to their returns dept. and your'll be sorted!


    As for reasons they are probably busy with the back to school/uni fall out, ie everyone will have got their products by now(for start of school) and any fault will be being delt with at this point in time.
