RMA Credit Refund

Dear scan I was promised a refund on the 11th September 2006 and I am still awaiting my refund. Is it normal practice for a refund to take almost a month?

I am also still awaiting the back brackets for the mobo(Supermicro H8 DCE) sent to me on 29th of August. Can you please advice as to the delivery date. I received the IO Sheild today.

I am already dealing with this from the letter you have sent in, you are fully aware of the reason why at this stage you have not received a refund, however, as i say i am looking into this for you now and hope to rectify this matter shortly. I will be in touch soon, for speed would you prefer i contact you by email or as you have sent in a letter would you prefer a written responce.

No Wesleyaldred i am not aware of any reason, why i i have not received any refund. Please let me know, of any 'new reasons' that have cropped up.

Since Scan has received my letter should this not have been acknowledged, to let me know it is been looked at?

Please do whatever will resolve this issue asap, as i believe i have waited long enough. Email is fine by me.

I only received the letter this morning and have began investigating the matter immediately. I have sent you a PM in regards to this and hopefully the matter is now concluded.

Have Just PM you, Thanks for looking into this. Please note it's the 2 metal Back Bracket that i am still waiting for, the IO shield came in yesterday.
