Order recieved - two products faulty

    Hi!

I recently placed an order with Scan, invoice number: ******

Having recieved the order very promptly I regret to inform that two items have turned out to be faulty. Item number LN8232, the "Scan 3XS '2012' 4 in1 Kit. Black/Silver inc Keyb/Mouse/Speakers ATX Midi Tower 400W Passive PFC PSU" does not function correctly.

The ATX Midi Tower has a faulty power switch and as a result won't boot the PC. I have confirmed this by testing the hardware in a previous case.
The mouse that is bundled with the case is also faulty, it allows movement on the horizontal axis, but not vertically.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Kind Regards,
    Parm

Hi guys, thanks for the prompt response!

Mark, please cancel the RMA request, I don't think I'll be sending the product back. All the kit is now in the case and God only knows I don't want to get it all out again hehe! I'll find a way to fix the power button, it shouldn't be too difficult.

The mouse is only a rollerball so I'll just chuck it and pick up another one somewhere.

Thanks nonetheless for the prompt response.
