    Order Problem - Item Out of Stock

    Placed an order last Friday and it was due to be shipped today. Unfortunately the main item on the order - Epson DX3800 (LN11988) printer - is out of stock

    Please can someone advise when (or if) this item will be in stock as I need it asap. I believe it has been discontinued?

    It's showing as in stock now - any ideas?

    Also please can you check order number ending in 808 - will that ship today? I placed it last Friday.
