I order a Sharkoon Majestic 5.1 headset from you back in august. A few weeks after i took delivery of it hairline cracks(they grew) started to appear around all 4 of the screw holes on the back of the USB control box. I reported this to scan, however, because i had just started uni and had a lot on my mind, requested the RMA to be postponed till Christmas when id have more free time to get it sorted. This, i was told, wouldnt be a problem.
Is it possible for me to get an RMA number so i can get it sorted, ill PM all my details on request.
