    Order query

    I placed an order today and did not get redirected back to the scan site after the securecode hsbc site - probably becuase it only supports ie5?... (no mention of that on your site).

    I have no order reference and have not recieved any order confirmation email, and the order does not show under the order history part of your site.

    Please can you check this order has been finished and if theres any problems please reply here or phone/email me asap.

    I have not received any communication from your customer services team yet.

    If I do not hear anything tomorrow I will assume the order does not exist and will place it elsewhere since I do not feel happy reordering if it means using hsbc's securecode site for payment.

    I thought I would post here instead of continuing in pm since the problem with my order has been fixed - but only to the stage of payment auth, still needs to be picked and dispatched.

    However I am disappointed. It has taken 3 working days - Friday doesn't count since I ordered very late, but sat, mon and tues - which they are open (and so sat counts), for DavidM and the other scan CS people to get my order fixed.

    When I say fixed, I am sure if I placed another order right now, the website (mastercard securecode) problem will happen again.

    This problem, they think has suddently caused my email and spam filters to block there messages (which I dont use) and so have sent about 10 more emails than needed to me, aswell as DavidM sending me a pm 3 times in a row.

    So 3 days about 15 emails to me, 5 or 6 including this thread to them, and I only got the order confirmation today, after asking if I should cancel the order. Followed almost instantly by the payment auth email.

    So it appears if you want your order problems fixed quickly, phone them...

    Another day later, and flagged as urgent, it is still awating picking.

    Edit: Someone was doing overtime, it was dispatched at 7:30 yesterday, thankyou
